Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $10
Express Shipping: $15

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $200 AUD.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

Afterpay Payments

Orders placed using Afterpay will incur a 2% transaction fee, which will be applied at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
