At Alchemē Aesthetics, we want you to love your skincare. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Skin Reactions

Skincare products can affect individuals differently. Because we cannot control skin types, routines, or sensitivities, we do not offer refunds for adverse skin reactions.

We recommend patch testing all new products before full use.

Returns

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging where possible

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
